Spooky Tree doodle
My youngest daughter was on the computer in my studio so i was sitting with nothing to do but look at cbbc so i picked an off cut of pastel paper and started to doodle then millie got board of cbbc when the pastels came out so she finished it off with me, the end result was a spooky looking tree.

My Dog
A few weeks ago i was given a box of Faber castell pastel pencils off a friend of mine Tom 12 colours in all they were colours designed for animal portraits so i thought i would test them out on an old photo off my yorkie who died about ten years ago.

Planky Mill
this is one of my familys favourite places for a day trip , Planky mill its in a valley making it a sun trap with a stream running through it there is some nice walks, but we just go for relaxing and the kids like to swim in the steam.Thursday 3 April 2008

Tawny owl

Have put more detail in the fur gave it whiskers . just the back ground to put in .really you should put the back ground in first but if some thing goes wrong and your not happy with the cat you would have wasted time and pastel.

Marmalade Kitten
The kids have been asking me to do some fury creatures so i thought this kitten might shut them up for a wile and just to make sure i put a pink back ground in should do the trick.
